A concealed (flush-to-wall) frame is set into the plaster so the door reads as part of the wall with no visible architrave; a pivot door turns on top and bottom pivots instead of side hinges, which suits a wide feature opening. Both are premium systems priced above a standard swing leaf, and both are confirmed to your opening and wall build-up at site measurement.
