What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us — usually when you contact us, request a budget range, or send a catalogue enquiry. This may include:

• Your name, WhatsApp / phone number and email address
• Your location / area in Sarawak and property type
• Project details you share — room, layout, materials, sizes, main concerns, budget range, timeline, photos, floor plans or existing quotes

The online tools run in your browser

The Budget Range tool and the catalogue configurator run entirely in your browser. Your answers stay on your device and are not sent to us automatically — they reach us only when you choose to share them, by sending the prepared WhatsApp message or by submitting your contact details.

How we collect it

Through our contact form and catalogue cards (which prepare a WhatsApp message for you to send), direct WhatsApp messages, phone calls and email.

Why we use it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send you marketing you didn't ask for. We use your data to:

• Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
• Prepare an indicative budget range, specification or quotation
• Plan, measure and coordinate your project — with ELS by ALUMAX (our design and engineering side) and the trade partners and suppliers required to deliver it
• Keep records of our work with you

Who we share it with

We share only the details needed, with ELS by ALUMAX (design, engineering, specification and coordination) and the trade partners and suppliers required to deliver your project — to the extent necessary and with your knowledge. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Cookies & analytics

We may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site and improve it. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers, which you can control through your browser settings. We do not use them to identify you personally.

Third-party messaging

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp / Meta under their own terms and privacy policy.

Storage, retention & security

We keep your data only as long as needed for your enquiry or project (and any legal record-keeping), and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may request to access or correct your personal data, limit how it is processed, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
