We measure the real space and write down the conditions we find — walls out of plumb, uneven floors, damp or termite activity — before anything is priced or cut. It is on the record from the start, not discovered halfway through.

Nothing is cut until you have checked and approved the shop drawing — dimensions, layout, door swings, appliance positions and finishes. Your approval is the gate: production only starts once it is given. Your approved specification records the material, finish, hardware and relevant sample reference. Every material is chosen for where it sits in the room — a written standard we hold to on every job, not a case-by-case call. - Sink base checked against the material rule. The sink base follows each kitchen package's own record. Where a complete kitchen includes the FLYHOME P6 protected sink base, its description says so; where the site measurement rules P6 out — always in a wet kitchen with wash-down, standing water or constant dampness — an aluminium wet-zone sink carcass replaces it, charged on top. Any other sink base is an ALUMAX aluminium wet-zone carcass unless the site measurement confirms the FLYHOME P6 protected build. - How the FLYHOME P6 protected sink base is built: compulsory protective aluminium foil to the cabinet base and vulnerable internal surfaces, factory-sealed edges, sealed plumbing penetrations, raised or protected bottom edge and accessible leak inspection. ALUMAX product installation is carried out by an ALUMAX-appointed installer. Specialist electrical, plumbing, tiling, waterproofing, ceiling and other regulated/trade work is undertaken by separately appointed qualified contractors where required. ALUMAX remains accountable only for the scopes stated in its quotation.ALUMAX 产品的安装由 ALUMAX 指派的安装师傅执行。电气、水管、瓷砖、防水、天花板及其他受监管或专业工程，在需要时由另行委任的合资格承包商承担。ALUMAX 仅对其报价单所列范围负责。Pemasangan produk ALUMAX dilaksanakan oleh pemasang yang dilantik ALUMAX. What we don't claim
Quality control is as much about what we refuse to overstate. These are the lines we won't cross, even when they would sound better in a brochure.
- We don't call any wood or board “waterproof” — we keep it out of wet zones instead.
- No “lifetime” or “maintenance-free” cover.
- Natural variation in timber, stone and finish is normal, and screen colours shift — a physical sample under your own room light is what decides.
- Hidden site defects — damp, leaks, walls out of plumb, termite damage — sit outside the works unless they are separately quoted.
