These are confirmed against the actual opening at the free site measurement — an external door needs a threshold, seals and a drainage detail so water is shed, not held.
How the price is built
Nine components, one honest figure
A door is more than its leaf. The indicative price covers frame, leaf and panels, infill and glass, finish, hardware, locking, any performance upgrades, installation and old-door removal. For an aluminium door we can price the base live — frame, leaf, standard hardware and install, supply and install — and mark the rest as confirmed at quotation. A timber door, or a fire or security door, is a designed and certified build, so it is specified and priced at consultation rather than guessed at online.
Figures are indicative and exclude SST. A minimum billable area applies to small glazed leaves. Final price follows a free site measurement, glass & hardware confirmation and an approved drawing. We deliver and install across Sarawak; outstation projects add a travel charge from RM2,500 per trip — confirmed in your quotation.
