Glass works — price by the square foot玻璃工程——按平方尺估价Kerja kaca — harga ikut kaki persegi

Pick a shower screen and set the panel area; the indicative price updates by the square foot as you go, then sends straight to WhatsApp. Framed glass partitions have no online price and are quoted per project; bespoke balustrades, canopies and feature glass are scoped per project. Pilih skrin pancuran dan tetapkan keluasan panel; harga indikatif dikemas kini ikut kaki persegi semasa anda memilih, kemudian terus dihantar ke WhatsApp. Sekatan kaca berbingkai tiada harga dalam talian dan disebut harga mengikut projek; balustrad, kanopi dan kaca ciri buatan khas diskopkan mengikut projek.

What changes your price什么会改变您的价格Apa yang mengubah harga anda

Where your choices move the quotation您的选择会在哪些地方影响报价Di mana pilihan anda menggerakkan sebut harga

Every option below is honest about its direction — what it does for you, how it changes the look, and whether it adds a little or a lot. It is a direction, not a final figure: your exact price is confirmed after a site measurement.

Kaca tingkap & pintu

Glazing is a separate decision from the frame — the glass does the heat, safety, security and noise work, and in Sarawak the west sun and heavier build move the quote.

Kaca jernih

Usage用途Kegunaan
Maximum daylight and the clearest view through the opening. Best where heat and glare are not a problem — a shaded, north or east elevation, or an internal opening. On a west-facing wall it lets in the most heat, so the room and the air-conditioning work harder.
Visual观感Rupa
The most transparent, near-colourless glazing — light and view come through with the least tint. The frame does the styling while the glass stays visually quiet.

(Low-E)Bertona / salut suria (Low-E)

Usage用途Kegunaan
A body tint or a solar-control / Low-E coating cuts heat and glare from the west sun, so a room stays cooler and the air-conditioning works less — the usual choice for west- and afternoon-facing elevations in Sarawak.
Visual观感Rupa
A visible body tint — grey, bronze or blue-green — or a subtle reflective coating darkens the glass and cuts glare; from outside the glazing reads deeper and less transparent than clear.

Kegunaan
Heat-treated safety glass that breaks into small blunt pieces instead of sharp shards — the safety choice for large panes, doors, low openings and wet zones like shower screens. It is impact-resistant, not unbreakable. Kaca keselamatan terawat haba yang pecah menjadi kepingan kecil tumpul dan bukan serpihan tajam — pilihan keselamatan untuk kaca besar, pintu, bukaan rendah dan zon basah seperti skrin pancuran. Ia tahan hentakan, bukan tidak boleh pecah.
Visual观感Rupa
Visually the same as the clear or tinted glass it is made from — the safety comes from the heat treatment, not the look. It carries a small etched safety mark in one corner.

Kegunaan
Two glass plies bonded to a tough interlayer, so the pane holds together when broken instead of falling out — fragment retention plus an acoustic upgrade against outside noise. The choice for ground-floor or street-facing openings, noisy roads, and overhead glass like canopies; not a security rating on its own.
Visual观感Rupa
Looks like clear or tinted glass but sits a little thicker in the frame; the bonded interlayer is barely visible edge-on. It can be combined with a tint so the same pane also handles heat.
