A quick pre-check for the core of what we do — cabinets, office systems and aluminium doors & windows. A site that's ready means a clean, on-time install with no rework. The final site measurement confirms what's ready and what's still outstanding.针对我们核心业务——橱柜、办公系统与铝制门窗——的快速预检。工地准备就绪，安装便干净、准时、无需返工。最终以现场测量确认哪些已就绪、哪些仍待处理。
Pre-check预检
Cabinets橱柜
Kitchen, wardrobe, vanity & TV storage厨房、衣柜、浴室柜与电视储物
Cabinets are carpentry and joinery work, so they go in near the end of a renovation — after the walls, floor, plumbing points and electrical points are in their final positions. A site that is ready means your cabinets are measured against real, finished surfaces and fit cleanly, instead of being trimmed, packed out or reworked on installation day. Wet-zone cabinets need the wet works fully done first: moisture-resistant board is moisture-resistant, not waterproof, and aluminium is corrosion-resistant when properly specified, installed and maintained — so material and zoning matter as much as readiness. Use this list to check your site before ALUMAX arrives; the final site measurement confirms what is ready and what is still outstanding.橱柜属于木工与细木工，因此安排在装修接近尾声时进场——在墙面、地面、水电点位都到达最终位置之后。工地准备就绪，意味着橱柜是按真实的完成面测量、干净到位地安装，而不必在安装当天临时裁切、垫片或返工。湿区橱柜需先完成全部湿作业：防潮板材只是防潮，并非防水；铝材在正确选型、安装与维护下防腐蚀——因此材料与区域划分和工地是否就绪同样重要。请在 ALUMAX 进场前用此清单检查工地；最终以现场测量确认哪些已就绪、哪些仍待处理。
Walls & finishes墙面与饰面
- Wall plastering / skim coat complete and dry where cabinets will sit — cabinets are scribed to the finished wall, not bare blockwork.橱柜安装处的墙面批荡／抹灰已完成并干透——橱柜是按完成面收口贴合，而非裸砖墙。
- Final paint (or the agreed wall finish) done on cabinet runs, so we are not waiting on painters or risking paint on new cabinetry.橱柜墙面的最终油漆（或约定的墙面饰面）已完成，避免等待油漆工或油漆沾到新橱柜。
- Ceiling, cornice and any bulkhead above tall units done, so full-height wardrobes and to-ceiling runs are measured against the real ceiling line.天花、线条与高柜上方的假天花／包梁已完成，让到顶衣柜与到顶柜体按真实天花线测量。
- Damp or external walls behind full-height units checked and dried out — trapped humidity behind a back panel is the usual Sarawak failure, not standing water.到顶柜体背后的潮湿墙或外墙已检查并干透——砂拉越常见的问题是背板后被封住的湿气，而非积水。
- Wall tiling / splashback tiles set where they meet the cabinet (recommended before fitting, confirmed at site measurement) so cabinets and tile lines align.与橱柜交接处的墙砖／挡水板瓷砖已铺贴固化（建议安装前完成，以现场测量确认），让柜体与瓷砖线对齐。
Floor & flooring地面与地板
- Floor tiling or flooring laid, grouted and set across the cabinet area — base units sit on the finished floor and levels are taken from it.橱柜区域的地砖或地板已铺贴、填缝并固化——底柜立于完成地面，水平也以此为准。
- Floor reasonably level and clean; large dips or humps flagged so we can plan packers and a level kick-board rather than discover them on the day.地面大致平整、干净；明显的凹凸请先告知，以便规划垫片与水平踢脚板，而非安装当天才发现。
- Floor protection in place if tiling is freshly laid, so installation traffic does not mark a new finish.若地砖刚铺好，已铺设地面保护，避免安装走动刮花新完成面。
Plumbing (kitchen & wet-zone vanity)水管（厨房与湿区浴室柜）
- Sink supply (hot/cold) and waste roughed in at the positions on the approved drawing — moving a waste after the base cabinet is built is the costly change.水槽进水（冷热）与排水按已批准图纸的位置预留——底柜做好后再移排水，是代价最高的变更。
- Water heater point and any filter / instant-heater feed roughed in where the cabinet will house it.热水器点位，以及柜内将容纳的滤水器／即热器进水均已预留。
- Wet works fully completed in any wet-zone (waterproofing / tiling done) before an aluminium wet-kitchen or shower-side vanity goes in — aluminium is corrosion-resistant when properly specified and installed, not a substitute for finished waterproofing.湿区的湿作业（防水／瓷砖）全部完成后，才安装铝制湿厨房或淋浴侧浴室柜——铝材在正确选型与安装下防腐蚀，但不能替代已完成的防水层。
- Water available on site so connections and a leak check can be done at handover.工地有供水，以便交付时进行接驳与渗漏检查。
Electrical, gas & appliances电力、煤气与电器
- Sockets, hob, hood, oven and appliance points installed to the approved drawing — cabinet cut-outs are planned around these exact positions.插座、炉头、抽油烟机、烤箱与电器点位按已批准图纸安装——柜体开孔正是围绕这些位置规划。
- If using a gas hob, the gas point / cylinder housing position agreed and roughed in to the approved drawing, so the base cabinet is built around it — confirmed at site measurement.若使用煤气炉，煤气点位／气瓶柜位置已按已批准图纸约定并预留，让底柜围绕其制作——以现场测量确认。
- Lighting and any under-cabinet / feature-wall light points roughed in (TV wall: router, decoder and AV points where the unit will sit).照明及柜下／电视墙灯光点位已预留（电视墙：柜体位置处的路由器、机顶盒与影音点位）。
- Final appliance models and sizes confirmed, since hob, hood and oven dimensions set the cabinet openings.最终电器型号与尺寸已确认，因炉头、抽油烟机与烤箱尺寸决定柜体开孔。
- Power available on site for installation tools and for testing appliance points.工地有供电，供安装工具使用并测试电器点位。
Openings & structure洞口与结构
- Any opening for an aluminium element (door, window or framed unit tied to the cabinetry) formed to size with a lintel before fitting begins.任何与橱柜相关的铝制构件（门、窗或框体）洞口已成形至尺寸并设过梁，方可开始安装。
- Walls behind to-ceiling and full-height units true and plumb enough for a clean scribe; bowed or out-of-square walls flagged in advance.到顶与到顶柜体背后的墙面足够垂直方正以便干净收口；弯曲或不方正的墙请提前告知。
- Fixing background suitable behind heavy wall units / sliding wardrobe tracks (solid wall or noggin), confirmed at site measurement.重型壁柜／推拉衣柜轨道背后有合适的固定基层（实墙或加固木枋），以现场测量确认。
Access & site condition通道与工地状况
- Room cleared of other trades, debris and stored materials so cabinets can be set out and fitted without obstruction.房间已清空其他工种、杂物与堆放材料，让橱柜能无障碍放样与安装。
- Clear delivery path from the lorry to the room — doorways, stair widths, lift access and any tight corners noted for large wardrobe and tall panels.从货车到房间有畅通的搬运通道——门口、楼梯宽度、电梯及狭窄转角等，针对大型衣柜与高板已告知。
- Parking / unloading space arranged near the entrance for the install team and materials.入口附近已安排安装团队与材料的停车／卸货空间。
- A confirmed site contact and access time, so the team is not waiting at a locked unit on installation day.已确认现场联系人与进场时间，避免安装当天团队被锁在门外等候。
If your site isn't ready yet如果工地尚未就绪 If the site is not fully ready yet, that is normal — most homes are not. The site measurement is exactly where we check this with you: ALUMAX measures against the actual finished surfaces, confirms what is ready and points out what is still outstanding (for example, a waste point still to be moved, tiling not yet set, gas point not yet agreed, or power not yet on). Depending on what is left, we may proceed with the parts that are ready, schedule a short follow-on visit, or reschedule the install to a better date — whichever protects the fit and finish. Nothing is cut until the drawing is approved, so a not-quite-ready site means an adjusted plan, not a wasted day.如果工地尚未完全就绪，这很正常——多数住宅都是如此。现场测量正是我们与您逐项核对之处：ALUMAX 按真实完成面测量，确认哪些已就绪，并指出仍待处理的部分（例如排水点尚需移动、瓷砖尚未固化、煤气点位尚未确定，或电力尚未接通）。视乎剩余事项，我们可能先安装已就绪的部分、另约一次简短的补装，或将安装改期至更合适的日子——以保障安装与收口品质为先。任何切割都在图纸批准后才进行，因此尚未就绪的工地意味着调整方案，而非浪费一天。

PROWORKS — workstations, partitions, storagePROWORKS——工作站、屏风、储物
An office fit-out goes in near the end of the build, so PROWORKS workstations, screen partitions, storage and manager rooms install best once the shell is finished and the trades are out. The closer your site is to ready, the cleaner and faster the install runs — and the less chance a panel or counter has to be reworked on the day. Use this list to check your site before we arrive; the final site measurement confirms what is ready and what is still outstanding.办公系统装修通常在工程接近尾声时进场，所以 PROWORKS 工作站、屏风间隔、储物柜与经理房，最适合在硬装完成、其他工种撤场后再安装。工地越接近就绪，安装就越干净、越快，板材或柜台当天需要返工的机会也越低。安装前请用这份清单检查工地；现场测量会确认哪些已就绪、哪些还未完成。
Floor & finishes地面与饰面
- Floor finish laid and set — tiles, vinyl or carpet down and cured, so workstations and storage sit level on a finished surface (recommended).地面饰面已铺好并固定——地砖、塑胶地板或地毯已铺设并养护完成，让工作站与储物柜在完成面上保持水平（建议）。
- Wet trades done — tiling, plaster and skirting complete and dry; no live screeding or grouting in the install area on the day.湿作业已完成——瓷砖、批荡与踢脚线已做好并干透；安装当天工作区内没有正在进行的批底或填缝。
- Floor swept and reasonably clear of debris, so panels and counters can be set down and positioned without damage.地面已清扫并大致清空杂物，让板材与柜台能放下并就位而不受损。
- Skirting and floor-level details confirmed at site measurement, so desk and storage runs finish neatly to the wall and floor.踢脚线与地脚细节在现场测量时确认，让书桌与储物柜沿墙、沿地收口整齐。
Walls, partitions & manager rooms墙体、间隔与经理房
- Block, plaster and glass partitions and walls up, set and dry — the layout that workstations and screen partitions plan against (recommended).砖墙、批荡墙、玻璃间隔与墙体已立起、固定并干透——这是工作站与屏风间隔规划所依据的格局（建议）。
- Manager-room openings and partitions formed to size to the approved layout, so room storage and joinery fit the first time.经理房的开口与间隔按已批准布局做到正确尺寸，让房内储物与木工一次到位。
- Walls that will carry overhead storage, pin-up boards or wall fixings checked for backing and condition at site measurement, so we fix into something sound.将承载吊柜、挂板或墙身固定件的墙体，在现场测量时检查底材与状况，让我们固定在牢固的基面上。
- Final wall paint or finishes done before install where possible, so fitted furniture isn't worked around wet or unfinished surfaces.墙面最终油漆或饰面尽量在安装前完成，避免在未干或未完成的墙面旁安装家具。
Power, data & telephone电源、网络与电话
- Power, data/network and telephone points positioned to the approved floor plan, so desk outlets, under-desk trunking and outlets line up with each workstation (recommended).电源、网络与电话点位按已批准平面图布置，让桌面插座、桌下线槽与出线口对准每个工作站（建议）。
- Electrical and data roughed in and pulled to each location by your contractor — boxes set and cabling run to the points, so the cable management can follow the layout.电气与网络由你的承包商预埋并拉线到各位置——线盒已装、线缆已到点位，让理线能随布局走线。
- Server, comms or data cabinet position confirmed, so storage and workstation runs don't clash with the network point.服务器、通讯或网络机柜位置已确认，让储物与工作站排布不与网络点冲突。
- Any layout change to socket or data positions flagged before install, so we adjust the drawing rather than rework on site.插座或网络点位若有任何布局更动，请在安装前告知，让我们调整图纸而非现场返工。
Ceiling, air-con & lighting天花、冷气与照明
- Ceiling, air-conditioning and lighting installed and working, so partition and storage heights are set under a finished ceiling line (recommended).天花、冷气与照明已安装并运作，让间隔与储物高度在完成的天花线下定位（建议）。
- Full-height screen partitions and tall storage checked against ceiling height, ducting and lighting at site measurement to avoid clashes.通顶屏风与高身储物，在现场测量时对照天花高度、风管与照明检查，避免冲突。
- Sprinkler heads, diffusers and light fittings positioned, so partition runs can be planned clear of them.洒水头、出风口与灯具已就位，让间隔排布能避开它们规划。
Pantry, counters & materials茶水间、柜台与材料
- Pantry and reception-counter plumbing roughed in to the approved drawing where a sink or water point is included, with positions confirmed at site measurement.若含水槽或供水点，茶水间与接待柜台的水电已按已批准图纸预埋，位置在现场测量时确认。
- Pantry and storage zones use moisture-resistant board where there's splash or damp — moisture-resistant, but not waterproof, so keep water off the joints and the seals intact.有水花或潮气的茶水间与储物区采用防潮板——防潮但非防水，所以请让水远离接缝、保持密封完好。
- Aluminium elements (counters, frames, partition trims) confirmed for the exposure — resistant when properly specified, installed and maintained, not a blanket waterproof claim.铝/铝合金部件（柜台、框料、间隔收边）按暴露程度确认——在正确选材、安装与保养下具抵抗力，并非笼统的防水声明。
Access & scheduling通道与时间安排
- Delivery route clear — lift or stair access checked for the longest panels and counters, with corridors and the install area cleared of obstructions (recommended).送货路线畅通——电梯或楼梯通道按最长的板材与柜台检查，走廊与安装区已清空障碍（建议）。
- After-hours or weekend access arranged where the building requires it, so the install can be phased around your move-in date.若建筑物有要求，已安排非办公时间或周末通道，让安装能围绕你的搬入日期分阶段进行。
- Building access, loading bay, security sign-in and parking confirmed for the delivery and install team.建筑物出入、卸货区、保安登记与泊车，已为送货与安装团队确认。
- A site contact available on install day to confirm positions and grant access, so decisions don't wait.安装当天有现场联系人在场，确认位置并提供通道，让决定不被耽搁。
If your site isn't ready yet如果工地尚未就绪 If your site isn't fully ready yet, that's normal — most offices aren't on the day we first talk. Nothing here is a hard pass or fail. We confirm everything at the site measurement, tell you plainly what's still outstanding, and plan around it: we can phase the install, fit the ready areas first, or reschedule the parts that depend on flooring, power/data, ceiling or access being finished. The goal is a clean install with as little rework as possible, so you get a fit-out that holds up to daily use.如果工地还没完全就绪，这很正常——我们初次接洽时，大多数办公室都还没到位。这里没有任何一项是硬性的合格或不合格。我们会在现场测量时确认一切，坦白告诉你哪些还未完成，并据此规划：我们可以分阶段安装、先安装已就绪的区域，或把依赖地面、电源/网络、天花或通道完成的部分重新排期。目标是干净的安装、尽量少的返工，让你得到经得起日常使用的办公系统。

Aluminium doors & windows铝合金门窗
Aluminium doors and windows are fabricated to your exact opening sizes and fitted near the end of the build, so the openings and the surfaces around them need to be at the right stage before we arrive. The closer your site matches this list, the cleaner the seal, the squarer the fit and the fewer return trips — final opening sizes are confirmed at site measurement before anything is cut.铝合金门窗按您实际的洞口尺寸订制，并在装修接近尾声时才安装，因此洞口及其周边表面需在我们到场前达到合适的阶段。您的工地越接近以下清单，密封越干净、安装越方正、回头跑工地的次数也越少——所有最终洞口尺寸都会在现场测量后、开料前确认。
Openings & structure洞口与结构
- Every door and window opening is formed and built to the agreed size, with the lintel (top beam) in place above each one.每个门洞与窗洞都已按约定尺寸开好并砌妥，每个洞口上方的过梁（顶梁）已就位。
- Openings are reasonably square and plumb — large twists or out-of-square openings should be corrected before fitting.洞口大致方正、垂直——明显歪斜或不方正的洞口建议在安装前修正。
- No structural changes still pending around the openings (no walls to be knocked through, widened or re-formed after we measure).洞口周边没有待办的结构改动（测量后不再敲墙、扩孔或重做洞口）。
- Final opening dimensions are confirmed at site measurement before fabrication — please don't alter an opening after we've measured it.最终洞口尺寸在开料前的现场测量时确认——测量后请勿再改动该洞口。
Walls & finishes around openings洞口周边墙面与饰面
- Plaster / render (批荡) around each opening is taken to the agreed stage before fitting — in many builds the final render is brought up to the frame after we install, so the joint can be sealed; we confirm which at site measurement.每个洞口周边的批荡/抹灰在安装前已做到约定阶段——不少工程的最终抹灰是在我们安装后再批到框边，以便密封接缝；具体做法在现场测量时确认。
- Wall surfaces beside and above the openings are sound and dry enough for sealant to bond — fresh wet plaster needs time to cure.洞口两侧与上方的墙面牢固、足够干燥，可让密封胶附着——新批荡的湿墙需要时间养护。
- Where the external render or feature finish runs up to the frame line is decided, so we know exactly where the frame edge lands and who finishes against it.外墙抹灰或造型饰面与框线相接的位置已定案，让框边落点明确，并清楚由谁批到框边。
- Heavy wet works that affect the openings (re-plastering, screeding next to them) are finished or scheduled before our fitting day — not left for after install.影响洞口的大型湿作业（重新批荡、洞口旁找平）已完成，或安排在我们安装日之前——不留到安装之后。
Floor, threshold & levels地面、门槛与水平
- Finished floor or tile (地砖) at door thresholds is laid, or its final height is confirmed, so sliding/swing doors clear the floor correctly.门槛处的完成地面或地砖已铺好，或其最终高度已确认，让推拉门/平开门与地面的间隙正确。
- Threshold and sill levels are finalised — we set door bottoms and window sills to the real finished levels, not temporary ones.门槛与窗台标高已定案——我们按真实的完成标高设定门底与窗台，而非临时标高。
- Any step, ramp or floor drop at a doorway is built or marked, so the door's clearance and bottom seal can be set to suit.门口处的任何台阶、坡道或落差已做好或标示，让门扇与地面的间隙及底部密封能相应设定。
- Floor near the openings is clear and stable enough to stand ladders and frames safely during fitting.洞口附近的地面整洁稳固，足以在安装时安全架梯与立框。
Water, weather & sealant readiness防水、外墙与密封就绪
- External waterproofing / weatherproofing detail around openings is agreed (who seals what) so the frame-to-wall joint can be sealed properly.洞口周边的外墙防水/挡水做法已商定（谁负责密封哪一部分），让框墙接缝能妥善密封。
- Surfaces that receive sealant are clean, firm and free of loose plaster, dust or curing damp at the time of fitting.接触密封胶的表面在安装时洁净、牢固，没有松脱批荡、灰尘或未干透的潮气。
- Aluminium is corrosion-resistant when properly specified, installed and maintained — it is not a blanket 'waterproof' claim, and the wall-side waterproofing is still needed.铝合金在正确选型、安装与维护下抗腐蚀——这并非笼统的“防水”宣称，墙体一侧的防水仍不可少。
Plumbing, electrical & coordination水电与协调
- Plumbing and electrical (水电) near the openings are roughed in to the approved drawing — no pipes or conduits to be chased through the reveal afterwards.洞口附近的水电已按批准图纸预埋——之后不再于洞边开槽走管或穿线。
- Sockets, switches or any wiring planned beside a window or door are positioned, so the frame line and trims don't clash with them.计划设在门窗旁的插座、开关或任何线路已定位，使框线与收边不与之冲突。
- Other trades' sequencing is agreed — tiling, painting and ceiling work that overlaps the openings are coordinated around our fitting date.其他工种的次序已协调——与洞口交叠的铺砖、油漆与天花工程，围绕我们的安装日期安排妥当。
Access, power & site condition通道、电源与工地状况
- Clear, safe access to every opening — corridors, stairs and the work area free of stored materials and blockages.通往每个洞口的通道清晰、安全——走廊、楼梯与作业区没有堆料与障碍。
- A working power point is available near the openings for cutting and fixing tools.洞口附近有可用电源插座，供切割与固定工具使用。
- Adequate space to lay out and assemble frames and glass safely on the floor, with fragile finishes protected.地面有足够空间安全摊开并组装框体与玻璃，且易损饰面已做好保护。
- Site is reasonably tidy and other heavy or dusty works near the openings are paused during fitting day.工地大致整洁，安装当天洞口附近的其他重型或扬尘作业暂停。
If your site isn't ready yet如果工地尚未就绪 If part of the site isn't ready yet, that's normal — renovations rarely line up perfectly. At site measurement we check the openings, levels and surrounding finishes, tell you plainly what's still outstanding, and agree the right sequence: some items can be installed in stages, and where an opening or finish isn't ready we'd usually reschedule that part rather than fit against work that may still change. We don't fabricate until the final opening sizes are confirmed, so you're not locked in before your site is set.如果工地有部分尚未就绪，这很正常——装修很少能完美对齐。在现场测量时，我们会检查洞口、标高与周边饰面，如实告知您还有哪些未完成事项，并商定合适的次序：部分项目可分阶段安装；若某个洞口或饰面尚未就绪，我们通常会将那一部分改期，而不是在仍可能变动的工程上勉强安装。在最终洞口尺寸确认之前我们不会开料，因此在您的工地定案之前，您不会被锁定。
