Dry storage and document runs are built in moisture-resistant board with seamless wipe-clean surfaces, sealed edges and closed toekicks so there is nowhere for spills to sit; the sink, steriliser and wash area are specified in aluminium, which is water-, termite- and corrosion-resistant when properly specified, installed and maintained. Lockable medicine, sharps and consumable storage is segregated where controlled items call for it, and soft-close hardware is chosen to take high-frequency clinical opening. Yes — that is exactly where we switch material. The sink, steriliser and wash area are specified in aluminium, which is water-, termite- and corrosion-resistant when properly specified, installed and maintained, while dry storage runs stay in moisture-resistant board.
