For a high or hard-to-reach opening we fit a chain or geared winder so you open and close it from below instead of stretching for a push handle; for openings at hand height a push or cam handle is simpler. Glass runs from clear to frosted for bathroom privacy, tinted to cut west-sun heat gain, and tempered where safety matters. Exposed or larger sashes take a heavier-grade frame with upgraded gaskets and stronger friction stays so the sash stays rigid and the seals hold, and a fixed mosquito mesh keeps the opening usable for natural ventilation.
