Pricing units
nos (each) · m (linear metre) · m² (square metre) · set · lot · item. Aluminium windows and doors are usually priced per m² or per opening; cabinetry per linear metre or per unit; glass per m² of the finished pane.

Standard exclusions
- Hidden site defects — damp, leaks, walls out of plumb, termite damage — unless separately quoted.
- Builder’s work, wet trades, tiling, electrical rough-in and plumbing rough-in by others unless stated.
- SST is not charged: ALUMAX is not currently SST-registered. If ALUMAX becomes registered, SST at the prevailing statutory rate will apply to the whole invoice, including transport and installation, and will be shown on the tax invoice.不收取 SST：ALUMAX 目前尚未注册 SST。若 ALUMAX 日后注册，SST 将按现行法定税率适用于整张发票（含运输与安装），并在税务发票上列示。SST tidak dikenakan: ALUMAX belum berdaftar SST buat masa ini. Jika ALUMAX berdaftar kelak, SST pada kadar berkanun semasa akan dikenakan ke atas keseluruhan invois, termasuk pengangkutan dan pemasangan, dan akan ditunjukkan pada invois cukai.
- Appliances and loose furniture are supply-only where listed.
- Rates are confirmed against an approved shop drawing and a recorded site measurement.
- ELS design & specification is included; whole-project coordination is quoted per project — neither is a priced line here.
